WTF! Offlane Anti Mage?! Please don’t try this at home!

The past few days, pubs must definitely be getting ruined, and MMR spiraling down for many due to the new fad — offlane Anti Mage.

There’s only one person to be blamed; Ivan Borislavov “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov — Nigma Galaxy’s charismatic offlaner, and Kuro “KuroKy” Salehi Takhasomi — Nigma Galaxy’s Captain.

Err.. that makes the two of them.

Regardless, blame them both; the underling and his master.

Offlane Anti Mage.. seriously.. wtf!

Don’t get me wrong, the game was incredibly satisfying to watch, that too at the first ever LAN event after The International 10.

Watching Gamers Galaxy: Invitational Series Dubai 2022 was simply a treat to the eyes, brimming with surprises all around.

Behemoth’s crashed, Goliath’s dashed, but towards the end David won. Yayy!

Sorry for going off-topic, but Mind Control’s Anti Mage on the offlane was a masterstroke from Kuroky, and the surprise pick paid off big dividends.

No one, and I repeat, NO ONE was expeacting an offlane Anti Mage pick.

Mind Control’s near flawless execution on the hero, pivoting to the real hard carry in dire circumstances, gave Nigma a new lease of life to secure a tie.

Already a mana burn hero by default, Mind Control built Diffusal Blade on Anti Mage, stacking up those sweet mana burn abilities, and tilt Medusa in the opposite team.

Well, he’s Mind Control, and a TI winner — he’s got the chops and the brains. He can do anything.

That doesn’t necessarily apply to us.

In reality, it actually doesn’t apply to us.

We know nothing!

We ain’t Mind Control, we ain’t professionals (at least the majority of us), we ain’t got no proper team to play selfless dotes, and we certainly ain’t TI winners.

To those egotistical wannabe’s out there, read my lips — you ain’t no Mind Control, so don’t try to be one. Don’t go on ruining pubs and stroking your ego.

Let’s not breed anymore toxicity, we are toxic as is already.

Yours truly — a noob crusader.

Stay safe.

Please don’t try this at home.
