Matara Kan is a vtuber from VShojo who started making waves as soon as her debut. Her popularity in the sphere cannot be overstated as she is one of the most successful vtubers ever. But even so, Matara signing to global talent agency WME isn’t something anybody expected.

In the Twitter post where Matara Kan announces her signing, she also mentioned that she will be working with the agency and VShojo in terms of content, and that something big is dropping in the first quarter of 2025.

WME is quite possibly one of the most prestigious talent agencies in the whole world. It’s a result of a merger between William Morris Agency and Endeavor Talent Agency which formed William Morris Endeavor.
WME is home to a variety of talents and creatives who are at the top of their craft in their respective fields. Aside from the people mentioned earlier, the agency also has Hugh Jackman and Olivia Rodrigo on its roster.
