If this Valorant Night Market didn’t bring the skins you wanted, the next chance is coming in Episode 9 Act 1. The previous Episode 8 Act also featured a Night Market with various discounted skins.
Every Act, Valorant hosts a Night Market, which sells six different skins of varying rarity that are discounted. They still cost Valorant points, but they’re much cheaper than they normally are. Most of the skins in the game are included, and lucky players might find a skin they’ve been waiting for.
The Night Market appears regularly, even though it occasionally has problems that Riot addresses. Because of that, predicting when the next one may come around isn’t too difficult.
The next Valorant Night Market for Episode 9 Act 1 will likely start between July 16 and August 5, 2024, with an end date around August 20, 2024.
Because the Night Market happens every Act, it’s a bit easy to narrow down when it’s coming next. Acts happen roughly every two months, and Valorant has a habit of releasing Night Markets a month and a half after the last one ended. This isn’t always the case, but it’s a rough estimate.
Act 2 is expected to start on August 21, 2024, and end on October 20, 2024, while Act 3 will begin on October 21, 2024, and conclude on December 20, 2024.
The Night Market in Valorant is easy to access from any screen, as long as the player isn’t actively in a game.
Despite its name, the Night Market isn’t found anywhere near the shop, which has its own menu tab. Instead, look at the top right of the screen. Beside the Valorant points will be a rectangle box with a diamond shape inside of it. Click it, and there will be a new screen with six different colored rectangles. The colors represent what level of rarity the skins are.
The current Night Market will be available until June 12, 2024, 22 days after it went live, which overlaps with the upcoming Pride rewards. The time every Night Market lasts varies a bit, but they’re generally three to four weeks long. Availability may vary due to different time zones
Most Valorant skins can appear in Night Market at a discounted price. This includes knife skins as well, a fan favorite of the Night Market because of how expensive knife skins usually are.
The following skins are eligible for the Night Market: Select, Deluxe, and Premium Edition tiers that are at least two Acts old.
There are too many skins included to list out, so here are the skin classifications that aren’t included.
Players can purchase gun skins at a lower price during the Night Market event. The discounts can go up to 50%, making it a budget-friendly opportunity for players to collect skins for their weapons.
Night market skins are revealed during the event, and players can find premium edition and premium edition skin offers as part of the Bad Luck Protection system.
Unfortunately, bugs can happen with Night Markets. The current Night Market, for Act 9 Episode 1, excluded the Xerofang Vandal and Ghost along with the Prism//Reloaded Outlaw. Valorant lead producer Preeti Khanolkar explained the situation on X, saying that devs couldn’t fix it in time.
Players cannot receive two skins for the same weapon during the Night Market, ensuring a variety of skins.
The Night Market offers six cards, each displaying a random weapon skin available at a discounted price, adding excitement and variety to the event.
During the previous night market, Riot Games unveiled an array of exclusive weapon skins, fueling anticipation for the next act in their popular series. Fans eagerly await what other surprises the developers have in store.
