Nijisanji fans are in for more sad news as the popular vtuber Tomoe Shirayuki announced her plans for a hiatus. Now fans want to know why she is taking a break and when she will return.
The vtuber Tomoe Shirayuki announced that she will go on a streaming hiatus, but other content will continue as planned.
Tomoe Shirayuki made a post on X explaining why she is taking an indefinite hiatus. The streamer explained that she had been going through a difficult time. She further elaborated that when she tries to overcome one problem, she runs into a new one. However, she didn’t get into the specifics of the matter.
The vtuber stated that she tried to write her feelings but erased them as her purpose as an entertainer is to give fans a good time, not to vent. However, she clarified that she is announcing her hiatus as she doesn’t want to be insincere with her fans.
Tomoe Shirayuki elaborated that she has seen multiple baseless rumors and speculations and wants them to stop or she will take appropriate action. The streamer stated that these rumors have been tough on her mental and physical condition. The rumors have also made it hard for her to continue her activities.
The vtuber Tomoe Shirayuki hasn’t given an exact date for her return from hiatus, but she stated that she will return once she recovers enough physically and mentally to continue streaming.
Tomoe Shirayuki mentioned that she is trying to recover her health with the support of trusted people including staff at Anycolor. She expressed her desire for the happy days to return and for her to improve so she is able to stream again.
While unconfirmed, Tomoe’s hiatus may be in part due to the controversy related to music producer YAB. All videos related to YAB were taken down, and they included nearly all of Tomoe’s music videos, which might have affected the vtuber.
