In an extremely rare case, Team Vitality has signed its championship-winning Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) women’s roster all the way through 2030. Jaxon.gg got the chance to speak with Vivi “Vivian” Indrawaty about the extension and more.
This is an unprecedented contract extension in esports, comparable to League of Legends star Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok’s four-year deal with T1 in July 2025 which will last until 2029. In that case, however, the contract pertained to a single player.
With Vitality, however, it extends to the whole team that have already been competing together since 2022. The team competes under the moniker, Bigetron by Vitality, after the latter acquired Bigetron Esports in May 2025.
Bigetron by Vitality, consisting of Venny “Fumi” Lim, Viorelle “Vival” Valencia Chen, Cindy “Cinny” Siswanto, Michelle “Chell” Siswanto, and Vivian, is the best-performing MLBB roster to date.
In fact, in 2022 and 2023, the team won all 14 tournaments it competed in, never losing more than a game in the grand final of each.
In 2024, they suffered a surprising loss in the MLBB Women’s Invitational (MWI) 2024 finals to Omega Empress in Saudi Arabia, showing that even they aren’t invincible.
Since then, they were able to win the MWI 2025, however, reclaiming their throne.
Therefore, their contract extension through 2030 makes sense, since there aren’t any other competitors near their level. Furthermore, MOONTON has committed to building MLBB women’s esports further, making this a great signing.
Here’s what Vivian had to say about the extension, the expectations it places on them, the upcoming MWI, and more.

This long-term contract extension makes me reflect a lot, because it shows that Team Vitality has placed great expectations on me for the coming years. I’m not the type of person who wants to disappoint anyone, so I take every decision very seriously.
By agreeing to this contract, I’m ready to take responsibility for the challenges ahead, give everything my best shot, and bring home victories.
I think it’s that we truly understand each other, not just in-game, but outside of it as well. Chemistry is hard to build, but we’re able to maintain a high level through honest communication and supporting one another.
Yes, this security definitely has an impact. The team feels more at ease, and we can think further ahead, rather than simply focusing on the next tournament. It also makes us more confident in trying out new things.
I want to be remembered as a consistent player and someone who can inspire others, especially female players. Of course, I also want to keep bringing achievements to the team, both domestically and internationally, but most importantly, to be successful in Indonesia.
Besides the support from our home country, we also receive amazing international support. That definitely motivates me and makes me even more ambitious to win the world championship title, so that we don’t disappoint the fans around the world who believe in our team.

There’s definitely pressure, but we try to enjoy it. We treat pressure as motivation, rather than a burden, and it actually pushes us to keep proving that we deserve to be in the position we’re in.
I think the extension shows that female players also deserve opportunities and long-term commitment from organizations. Hopefully, this can be a sign for more teams to believe in and invest in women’s teams.
Thank you so much to all the fans who have supported us. My team and I will give everything we have. Let’s go and win every tournament!
