Team Vitality signs multi-year deal with Stake as official betting partner

Team Vitality Stake

Major online casino and sportsbook platform Stake has joined the Team Vitality esports organization as its official betting partner with a focus on CS2.

Betting sponsorships are something that was once relatively uncommon in the esports industry, but this is changing every day as developers like Riot Games are further allowing betting sponsors in popular games the likes of League of Legends and Valorant. Valve has long provided a more open environment for its esports while allowing Counter-Strike teams to take on betting partners for many years now, and this is among the chief reasons why Counter-Strike 2 is among the most profitable games and brands in the esports industry.

Popular online gambling platform Stake has now surprised CS2 fans by announcing a major deal with one of the top CS2 teams in the world, Team Vitality.

Stake becomes official international betting partner of Team Vitality CS2

Team Vitality has announced a multi-year, seven-figure partnership with Stake, marking the betting and gambling platform’s entry as its international betting partner with an emphasis on CS2.

The deal ensures that Stake’s presence in the Counter-Strike 2 scene is quite prominent as Stake continues to push itself as being among the top CS2 betting sites, with Vitality currently sitting undisputed atop the ranks of the top CS2 teams in the world. This hasn’t gone unnoticed among fans, as many have already commented on the team’s new jersey design featuring the gambling platform even more prominently than Vitality’s own branding. The new jerseys and Stake’s partnership with Vitality will both officially debut at IEM Cologne 2025.

This isn’t just about the further build of Stake esports; it’s also joining hands with Vitality to collaborate on exclusive content and bold creative activations. Stake is known to collaborate with global leaders across the betting sphere, and Team Vitality has also secured its place among them.

Vitality’s own announcement reiterated that Stake is partnering with key players across multiple sectors, and the team being one of the best is why the betting platform decided to collaborate with it. The deal is touted as a way to empower the team so it can deliver better content and experience.

“It reflects the success of our ambition to establish our organization as a leading global esports brand, alongside the biggest names in their respective industries,” Team Vitality Co-CEO Vas Roberts said.

Team Vitality has had a significantly successful 2025 already, securing multiple wins in key tournaments. The CS2 team won both the ESL Grand Slam and Blast Austin Major, each an immense victory for the squad, displaying that it’s a true powerhouse in a competitive pro scene. Vitality has for some time been among the top ranks in Counter-Strike, with the team’s current iteration marking its place among the best in the game’s lengthy history.

Vitality won the IEM Cologne 2024 championship by defeating NaVi in the grand final. The team is now entering a new season as the reigning Major champions and Grand Slam champions in CS2, and with Stake as its official betting partner.
