This year’s Red Bull Home Ground is turning out to be extra exciting for Valorant fans, who can now purchase limited-time merchandise that combines their love for energy drinks and tactical shooters.
Valorant often collaborates with brands and companies to promote events, but a recent find on community forums has intrigued and shocked the game’s fans. The Red Bull Home Ground 2024 is an official off-season event set for October, which fans are looking forward to. Amid the hype, a Red Bull employee has gotten his hands on an even more exciting find.
Taking to Reddit, a user named Limp_Ad1777, who claims to work for Red Bull, has revealed that the company has collaborated with Valorant to create time-limited special cans.
This is something that has never been done for Valorant, and considering how big Red Bull is in the Valorant scene, thanks to their annual events, fans are over the moon. The cans are simple Red Bull cans you’d buy at a store, except the blue area of the art features Jett, Chamber, Gekko, and Astra’s pictures on it.
According to the self-proclaimed Red Bull employee, the special Valorant cans will be where fans usually buy their drinks.
The user said that the cans would be available to buy after the first week of August. However, they are not sure if they’d be distributed outside the USA and Germany. Fans in the USA should be able to purchase them from nearby Walmart, Speedway, 7-11, and similar stores.
Typically, such collaborations are easier to grab within the USA, but this time, fans in Berlin are sure to enjoy the Valorant Red Bull cans. This is because the Red Bull Home Ground 2024 APAC qualifier is happening in Berlin, Germany in November. The user is hopeful that the time-limited cans will eventually become available in other regions as well.
So far, two variants of the Valorant Red Bull cans have been spotted. One is a regular variant with Chamber and Jett silhouettes, and the other is the sugar-free option and has Gekko and Astra as artwork.
