If there is one aspect of VALORANT that is loved by the community, it is the skins within the game. Currently, the game has over 100+ varieties of skins within the game. Each skin has a unique art style from the others. With Patch 11.04 going live soon worldwide, VALORANT has announced the upcoming skin bundle within the game called the Bubblegum Deathwish. Here is everything you need to know about the forthcoming skin bundle and whether it’s worth it.
Within VALORANT, each skin bundle in the game has a particular form of rarity. Based on the rarity of a skin, the skin would have a certain number of animations and effects within the game. One aspect of skins that the community focuses on is the finisher animation of the weapon. Each skin from a given skin bundle will have the same Finisher animation. In the upcoming Bubblegum Deathwish, it appears the finisher will be similar to Viper’s toxic gas.

To announce the release of the Bubblegum Deathwish skin, VALORANT released a preview video. Within this, players could see the inspect finisher and other animations of the skin. The Bubblegum Deathwish will be coming under the premium rarity of skins. Below is a list of all weapons that would be a part of the skin bundle:
According to past trends, if the skin is placed at a premium rarity, each weapon skin will be valued at 1,775 VALORANT Points. At the same time, the melee would cost around 3,550. The Bubblegum Deathwish skin bundle will come in four color variants: (green & pink), purple, blue, and full green.
The one aspect of the skin that the fans like was that, based on the color variant of the skin, there would be a different kill banner. The community widely appreciates subtle elements like this. A significant reason fans are looking to buy the skin is its color scheme, which closely resembles that of Clove and Viper.
One aspect of the skin that some fans on Reddit dislike is its loud sound effect. Some people believe that this could be pretty distracting, which is why they might shy away from purchasing the skin. Another point to note is that as VALORANT Champions approaches closer, fans are shying away from spending any money on skins right now. Some fans agreed with the thoughts that this skin has references to other popular skins in the game: Arcane x Glitchpop and Fragpunk.
If you are a Clove or Viper main, the Bubblegum Deathwish Skin Bundle would be ideal for you. Ideally, one can go for the stinger if they want to have a unique skin; else, the Sheriff would be the perfect choice. If you wish to obtain a unique melee, then the Chainsaw melee would be the best pick-up for you.
