Timothy John Betar, known online as TimTheTatman, has officially joined Kick, the livestreaming platform announced on October 28th.
The move will see TimTheTatman stream simultaneously on Twitch, YouTube, and Kick moving forward. Nowadays, most streamers don’t have an exclusivity deal in place as the streaming platforms aren’t really pushing for that anymore, like they were years ago.
TimTheTatman was already streaming simultaneously on Twitch and YouTube since 2024, when his exclusive deal with YouTube Gaming ran out. He also had an exclusivity deal with Twitch back in the day and stayed on the platform despite Mixer’s offer in 2019.
Kick has been getting a lot of new streamers since 2024, as it’s the only platform where viewers can watch content free of charge and not get any ads. On Twitch or YouTube, you either have to pay for a premium subscription or subscribe to the content creator to not get ads.
Given TimTheTatman’s popularity, he’ll be up along top Kick streamers Adin Ross and Coringa in no time. After all, TimTheTatman boasts around 16 million subscribers across his primary and secondary YouTube and Twitch channels alone.
TimTheTatman made his debut on Kick on October 28th by streaming Battlefield Redsec, which is the free-to-play battle royale of Battlefield 6. He tagged team with other popular streamers Ninja, NICKMERCS, and Dennis “cloakzy” Lepore.
According to StreamsCharts, TimTheTatman’s first stream on Kick peaked at 1,665 viewers and had 1,210 viewers on an average. He currently has 11,400 followers on Kick.
The number of followers and average viewers will only grow as TimTheTatman is streaming on Kick again on October 29th. He’s playing Battlefield Redsec with NINJAS, NICKMERCS, and cloakzy again.
After the Battlefield Redsec hype passes, fans can expect TimTheTatman to play some of his other favorite games, which include Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Marvel Rivals.
