League of Legends is still one of the biggest games in the world, with millions of players logging on to play their favourite MOBA every day. And while in some regions the game may be winding down in terms of numbers, in Asia, Europe, and North America, it’s still going strong. But have you ever wondered about the time wasted on LoL? Is it days, weeks, months, or even years! Well, wonder no longer because we’ve explained all the steps you need to take to reach the metrics!

Finding out how much time you have wasted on League of Legends could not be simpler. And while there is no internal checker anymore like there was in previous seasons, don’t worry; there are a couple of tools and websites that will be able to expose how much of your life you have wasted playing League of Legends.
The first and most trusted site is Wasted on LoL. This is the most common website for learning about the number of minutes, hours, days, months, and years you’ve spent on the game.
Firstly, head over to the site. From there, you’ll be greeted with a search bar and a drop-down menu to the side of it. That is where you will select what region your League of Legends account is in. Important note before continuing: you can only check for one LoL account at a time. So if you want to check your friend’s stats (or one of the many pro players), you have to do them successively.
Once you’ve entered your Riot ID, click enter. Now you’ll be able to see the time-spent stats associated with your account.

You’ll be able to find out how much your favourite streamer has played in League of Legends. Take Caedrel, for example. Although he has many LoL accounts, if you can find his name from a website like op.gg, you’ll be able to enter it into Wasted on LoL and see how much he has played. This will likely be more applicable to a professional League of Legends player who has only had one account for many years playing in Challenger.
Is WoL the most accurate? No, but if you’re looking for the best stats available, that data is simply not there. Wasted on LoL is the best you’re going to get for now, but it’s still accurate enough to satisfy your curiosity.

Yes, there is! Though again, don’t go into it thinking you’re going to have the most accurate information. Winrate.tools is another website that allows you to check your time played. Although this one doesn’t take into account the time spent from when you created your account, as it only goes back up to a year. However, one cool feature of the site is that it divides the time into separate modes such as ranked, ARAM, and more.
Like with the previous site, select the region your account is in, then enter your Riot ID. This is the Riot ID that you use to log into every account affiliated with Riot Games, not just League of Legends.
