Projekt Melody has been a solid foundation of Vshojo for quite some time now and unlike some of their members, she has yet to do an official face reveal.
Vtubers K9Kuro and Matara Kan have already shown their faces on cam of their own volition, but Melody hasn’t really done anything of the sort. Vtubers nowadays, especially on Vshojo and Indies, have been revealing their faces for different reasons. Some reveal just because they want to, but others want to reveal their faces to be more flexible in the content that they make.
That being said, it’s normal to be curious about the actor behind Melody, especially with some of her works being more intimate.
There’s no official face reveal stream for Projekt Melody, but fans have linked her to a real person who worked in a similar industry.
Projekt Melody didn’t just appear out of nowhere and became a big name. She definitely has left an internet footprint with her unique brand of content. This lead to fans digging to find her real identity, and they found a link between Melody and another adult streamer named Mars Mayhem.
Projekt Melody’s first stream can be traced back to 2020, when she streamed on an adult site called Chaturbate. The next day, she became an internet sensation due to being an anime girl in the sea of real women, and that was her hook. In the same year, she joined VShojo.
Mars Mayhem is also an adult content creator whose voice sounds a little too close to Projekt Melody. In fact, some of her posts on her Twitter account have fans commenting about the similarity of her voice to Melody. This has been the running conclusion in her community. However, Melody herself has never confirmed the link, and its possible that fans have completely misidentified the performer.
Additional coincidences include the creation of Projekt Melody’s Twitter account and Mars Mayhem’s Twitter inactivity. Mars Mayhem’s final non-bot post stopped in late 2019, while Projekt Melody’s vtuber career took off in early 2020. Since then, there have been no posts on Mars Mayhem’s Instagram and Twitter.
