Rap legend Marshall “Eminem” Mathers is one of the most iconic artists ever added to Fortnite, but what’s the easiest way to get his skin?
Eminem has been a music and rap icon since the 90s. His songs topped the charts for years already, such as Slim Shady, Lose Yourself, and more. With this, Fortnite put him on the radar of artists who could be the basis of their celebrity skins. During one of their most monumental moments in 2023, the rapper debuted in Fortnite. However, with the event long since over, is it still possible to get the skin in 2024?
The Eminem Fortnite skin made its way to the game as part of a major collaboration, and here’s how players can get it.
The Eminem skin is still available in Fortnite as of 2024, but it rotates in and out of the shop.
Slim Shady’s official Fortnite skin set appears in the Item Shop from time to time. This is where players can get it for 2,500 vbucks. On the other hand, individual Eminem skins like the Rap Boy, Slim Shady, and Marshall Matters variants cost 1,900 vbucks each.
The last time that the rapper’s Fortnite skins appeared in the item shop was on June 28, 2024. Players should watch out in the item shop if they wish to add Eminem’s Fortnite skins to their collection.
The release date for the original Eminem Fortnite skin was November 30, 2023.
Eminem first arrived in the battle royale as part of the Big Bang Fortnite OG event. This served as the end of Fortnite Season OG and the beginning of Chapter 5. Eminem himself performed at the event, which fans could watch through a virtual concert.
The Big Bang event also introduced a bunch of new game modes in Fortnite. It included the debuts of creative survival sandbox Fortnite Lego, arcade racing title Rocket Racing, and cooperative rhythm game Fortnite Festival. Sadly, none of Eminem’s songs appear in the rhythm game spinoff.
