The Camila stalker incident that ruined her stream explained

Camila’s viewers were left horrified after the vtuber’s live stream was interrupted by a stalker.

The 1,000-year-old imp currently has over 211,000 followers on her circus-themed Twitch, where she is known for her adult-themed content, excitable personality, and gritty, raw lyrics. As with most feminine streamers, however, as her fame grew, so did the amount of questionable interactions fans attempted. Camila is unfortunately one of many female content creators to deal with stalking. Camila shared a scary experience from a stream on November 2, 2024.

Camila’s scary experience was all caught on stream earlier this weekend.

Camila calls police on stalker during Twitch stream

Camila canceled a Twitch stream due to a potential stalker, calling the police on the intruder.

Four months ago, Camila opened up to her community about a stalker she’s been dealing with. It started with the male fan asking for an autograph at a fan event. When she started talking to him, she recalls him complimenting her voice in a flirty way. He then followed her “so much” during the convention, including when she went to Round1 arcade that weekend.

At the arcade, he asked for a sticker and then stared at her for “10 seconds,” Camila reported. He then followed her into a restaurant, allegedly eating by himself near where she was sitting with friends. As he continued to go “back and forth” to be near her, one of Camila’s friends tried to intimidate the weird man.

“I was very uncomfortable the entire convention,” Camila admitted to fans.

Now, fans are wondering if this is the same man that ended up showing up at her house months later. Camila was streaming this past weekend when the chat heard something breaking or shattering in the background. At this point, Camila started whispering on stream, seeming worried. She left to check out the situation and then returned to put text on screen that read “There is someone trying to come in.”

The live stream then ended, scaring fans. Later that day, Camila shared an update on X.

“Someone during the evil stream yesterday knocked on my window and then went away so I assumed it was nothing. But turns out it wasn’t nothing because someone tried breaking into my home during my stream just now,” said Camila.

She then explained that a police officer was called on the person, who was someone she may have only interacted with online. This led the officer to believe he was a stalker despite the person claiming Camila was his friend.

Worried fans asked her if she had any security in case a future incident happened. Camlia replied that she has “every defense mechanism” fans can imagine. This includes motion detectors, enforced windows, alarms, a panic button, and possibly even weapons. Some fans even hoped that the weapon was a gun, worried about the stalker returning.
