Boom Esports had to forfeit their opening series in the DPC SEA Division I Tour 2 as a result of a blackout.
As a result of heavy rains in the Philippines, where Boom Esports players are currently bootcamping, faced the ire of a heavy downpour.

Trying to find an alternative, Boom Esports weren't able to field their complete roster in time for their series against Nigma Galaxy (SEA), despite finding an internet cafe due to transportation woes.
As a result, they had to forfeit their series due to circumstances out of their control.
