Talon Forev: “Our goal is going 7-0 [unbeaten] this season”

Talon Esports remains unbeaten in the DPC SEA 2022 Division II Tour 2.

Their coach, Forev, chimed in for a post match winner’s interview on the stream.

Interviewer

Your thoughts on the last game in your series against UD Vessuwan?

Forev

It was tense. 23Savage died a lot in the safe lane.

I think Mikoto could have died too because he wasn’t really feeling the mid match-up.

Interviewer

Thoughts on UD V being the only team taking away a game from Talon in DPC SEA Division II?

Forev

Honestly, in the first ban phase, I wanted to ban the Pangolier.

We picked different heroes and somehow changed our plan, and kind of messed up from there.

Interviewer

How do you feel about the team now that they have qualified to Division 1?

Forev

We had really good results during scrims.

I was expecting to qualify to Division 1, but we also underestimated our enemy along the way.

Interviewer

How do you feel about your last match against Resurgence, the only team standing neck-to-neck agains Talon, even though it [series] doesn’t weigh much?

Forev

I think they are very versatile, especially their line-up.

They are a really good team and the versatility is shown in their draft as well.

One of their team members was in my squad before and we used to scrim together.

Overall they are really talented.

My goal is 7-0 this season, and so we are going to do our best.

Interviewer

Who are you looking forward to competing the most in Division I?

Forev

Isn’t that kinda obvious? You know it’s T1. I was in T1 once, and 23savage was in T1 too. They are like friends, and I’m looking forward to facing them.
