T1 Xepher: “My hero [Rubick] is not really good in patch 7.31c”

As T1 outclassed OG Esports in a classy manner, Xepher sat down for a quick chat in the winner’s interview.

Interviewer

Congratulations on the win versus OG. Which teams are you looking forward to playing next?

Xepher

I’m looking forward to playing against European teams like Tundra Esports as well as BOOM Esports [SEA] as well. These teams are pretty strong.

Interviewer

We have seen Death Prophet Exorcism being fixed due to the proper amount of damage. If Shadow Shaman also gets fixed to have the Serpent Wards not instantly kill Roshan, do you think you’ll still like it as much?

Xepher

Shadow Shaman is a ‘steal’ pick. Everyone is ‘stealing’ first picking Storm Spirit, so maybe stealing Shaman is ideal even with no buff on the ocean.

Interviewer

Your opinion, as a professional player, on the 5 Null Talisman’s being built on Storm Spirit?

Xepher

Storm Spirit is a really good hero. Even if he has a counter pick, he just needs Null Talisman so he can gank anywhere. He’s kind of broken.

Interviewer

Do you think 7.31c is a pretty good patch for T1?

Xepher

Not really because my hero is not really good in this patch [referring to Rubick].
