You’re probably reading this while pondering whether to sign up there, so I’ll share my experience of using the social and sweeps casino to give you a sense of what’s there. It’s fine to list a few features of the customer service portion of any site, but what’s it like to use it? I logged into my account and checked through their FAQ page to see what was there. Answer? Not a whole lot – it’s a compact page. They do, however, have a 24/7 help link via the menu when you’re inside your account, so if you go there, you can send them an inquiry.

I was disappointed to find no chance of accessing a live chat feature, although that seems common at social casinos. I did manage to create a support ticket to ask a question once I had gone through the FAQ area though. They do ask that you confirm you’ve done this – but it’s a simple tick-box exercise. As for the time given to respond, it’s confirmed as a maximum of 24 hours.

If you’re familiar with standard casinos, you might want to look for a license for this social casino. I can save you some time though because sweeps and social casinos do not require a license.
