New players can currently pick up a fantastic SpinPals no deposit sign up bonus of 30,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins, when they first open their account. After that, you can take advantage of an exclusive first purchase offer (How do you like the sound of 2.3 million Gold Coins and 23 free Sweeps Coins for just $20?), plus get stuck into high value regular promos for existing players. These offers include:
Unfortunately, SpinPals are yet to introduce a loyalty club or VIP program, but given the rapid progress the brand has made in a short space of time, I would not be surprised to see such a program introduced in the near future. Make sure you read my SpinPals bonus review for all you need to know about the very latest promos at the site.
My first task whenever I’m assessing a sweeps casino is to check out the brand’s website and (most importantly) game library. Here’s how SpinPals stacks up in these areas:
Although the SpinPals website might not win any awards for originality, it does provide a slick and straightforward social gaming experience. The home page has a simple layout that displays the latest promos in a scrolling banner, plus icons highlighting various games.
There are also links to popular game types, plus a free text box you can use if you are trying to locate a specific title. It’s hardly groundbreaking stuff, but let’s face it, you’re here to play free sweeps games and SpinPals makes it extremely easy for you to locate the games you want to play. Talking of which…
The SpinPals game library may not be the biggest on the market, but it does contain around 600 top class titles. Better yet, the variety on offer at SpinPals is second to none and includes the following game types:
Now for a small piece of bad news - SpinPals does not have a dedicated mobile app. The good news is that their desktop site has been fully optimized for mobile play. This means you can use a mobile browser to enjoy the full collection of SpinPals games, plus take advantage of the brand’s latest promotions and features. Whilst I would have liked to have seen a SpinPals app, the mobile optimized website does a more than adequate job of providing a high quality sweeps casino option for mobile players.
Like most sweeps casinos, SpinPals uses two virtual currencies - Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins: Here’s a look at how they both work:
🪙 Gold Coins | SpinPals Gold Coins have no monetary value and are exclusively for fun, social casino gaming. You can pick up free Gold Coins via promotions such as the Daily Login Bonus or by purchasing a real money Gold Coin package. |
🎟️ Sweeps Coins | These are used for promotional play and SC winnings can be redeemed for a cash prize if you have at least 100 played through Sweeps Coins in your account. You cannot directly purchase Sweeps Coins, but you will find that Gold Coin packages come with a selection of free Sweeps Coins. You can also obtain Sweeps Coins via SpinPals promotions. |
If you wish to make a Gold Coins purchase, you can use the following payment methods:
Similarly, if you have enough eligible Sweeps Coins in your account to make a redemption, you can request your funds delivered via any of the above payment options. SC redemption times can vary, but it should take no longer than three working days for your redemption to be processed.
In truth, I would have liked to have seen a few more payment options at SpinPals. Many sweeps sites allow you to use e-wallets such as PayPal or Neteller to purchase Gold Coin packages, so hopefully SpinPals will increase their suite of payment options in the future. That being said, the vast majority of us have a debit/credit card or access to Google Pay/Apple Pay, so you shouldn’t have too many problems purchasing Gold Coin packages or redeeming Sweeps Coin winnings for cash prizes.
The easiest way to get support at SpinPals is by using the live chat function located on the main menu. Just type out your message and a customer service agent will be in touch almost instantly. The live chat feature is also home to SpinPals’ FAQ section. This contains around 40 articles relating to key topics such as redemptions, verification and purchases. I was impressed by the quantity and quality of these articles, they were all very well-written and in most cases, they negated the need to contact live chat at all.
Alternatively, you can contact SpinPals via email or on their social media channels (X, Facebook and Instagram). All of these channels are very active and direct messages are typically replied to within an hour. I was unable to find a SpinPals telephone contact number, but overall this is a seriously impressive customer support provision. Whatever your issue, you should be able to find a fast and satisfactory resolution.
