Over the last month I’ve tested a range of new sweepstakes casinos and one of my favorite sites was Spin Quest. First impressions showed me that it’s a well-developed social casino with all the right features.
In this Spin Quest review, I take a more detailed look at those features so you can see what it offers in terms of safety, usability, and gameplay enjoyment. Sweepstakes casinos must have a solid foundation built on core features including regulatory compliance, support, and purchase methods so for my Spin Quest reviews I’ve assessed these systems below.
Spin Quest is available to any US resident over 18 who doesn’t live in Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Connecticut, Nevada, or Washington. It doesn’t need a gambling license for the 45 states it’s available in, but it does need to follow sweepstakes regulations. I’ve checked its features and I’m confident it does this by not allowing real money deposits or gameplay, and always giving you a source of free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins so that you can play its games.
I’ve not seen many other Spin Quest user reviews mention the customer support but I think it’s a standout feature. The site uses the “all-in-one” live chat/help center feature that I like. If you click the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner it opens the support box and you can immediately browse the help center which has a range of useful articles relating to subjects like SC redemptions, virtual currency descriptions, and gameplay.
Alternatively, click the “Send us a message” option and it opens the live chat dialogue box. I’ve tested this on three separate occasions and each time I was able to speak to someone within 10-12 minutes which I think is OK. The people I spoke to were polite and able to help with my SC redemption queries effectively.

This operator has multiple optional Gold Coin packages that you can purchase with USD. These aren’t necessary to play here, but I sometimes treat myself and give my GC balance a boost. Whenever I’ve purchased a GC package, I’ve only been able to use credit or debit cards, and bank transfer. This is a limited selection, but from my experience, most social casinos only offer a few purchasing methods anyway.
Usability was a top priority for this Spin Quest review as I want you to easily be able to use the site and understand how it works whether you’re an experienced veteran or a newcomer to the sweepstakes scene.
I’m a fan of understated websites that put usability first, while also having a modern design and I think Spin Quest ticks all these boxes. The website certainly isn’t flashy but I love the simple grey, blue, and white color scheme and the contrast of the text to the background. Everything is easy to read and it helps that there is a pop-out side menu with links to the game lobby, promos, and support.
If you are new to sweepstakes casinos, I think you’ll quickly pick up how the site works and what you need to do to get started. There’s also some subtle tips and hints that show you how to get GC and SC. There’s not much else to say - it’s just a well thought-out website that has excellent usability and I believe it will give you a stress-free gaming experience.
Surprise surprise, Spin Quest doesn’t have a downloadable mobile app. I expected as such because I estimate only around 2-3% of US sweepstakes casinos actually have one. Instead, they have created a full mobile responsive browser version of the website - just click one of the links on this page on your mobile and the site will open as usual in your smartphone browser.
The layout will shrink to fit on your screen, and I like the touch screen usability - all the icons have large hit boxes so you shouldn’t struggle to tap any of the links or game thumbnails. The games I’ve tested on my Samsung Galaxy all worked fine too, and many of the developers have produced mobile-optimized games that give you maximum screen resolution.

In terms of a comparison, I consider the average welcome bonus to be 7,500 GC and 2 SC so this operator actually gives you way more when it comes to GC and is bang on the average for SC.

There’s also the legendary 2 Wild 2 Die and Wanted Dead or a Wild games which are two of the best Wild West-themed slots I’ve ever played. I spent plenty of time at the arcade section too as you’ve got Plinko, Mines, and two different crash games in Avia Masters and Speed Crash.
