Over the last month I’ve tested a range of new sweepstakes casinos and one of my favorite sites was Spin Quest. First impressions showed me that it’s a well-developed social casino with all the right features.
In this Spin Quest review, I take a more detailed look at those features so you can see what it offers in terms of safety, usability, and gameplay enjoyment. I’ll also give you my thoughts and recommendations. So, if you want a change and to try a new operator, read on to see what Spin Quest is all about.

Sweepstakes casinos must have a solid foundation built on core features including regulatory compliance, support, and purchase methods so for my Spin Quest reviews I’ve assessed these systems below.
Spin Quest is available to any US resident over 18 who doesn’t live in Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Connecticut, Nevada, or Washington. It doesn’t need a gambling license for the 45 states it’s available in, but it does need to follow sweepstakes regulations. I’ve checked its features and I’m confident it does this by not allowing real money deposits or gameplay, and always giving you a source of free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins so that you can play its games.
I’ve not seen many other Spin Quest user reviews mention the customer support but I think it’s a standout feature. The site uses the “all-in-one” live chat/help center feature that I like. If you click the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner it opens the support box and you can immediately browse the help center which has a range of useful articles relating to subjects like SC redemptions, virtual currency descriptions, and gameplay.
Alternatively, click the “Send us a message” option and it opens the live chat dialogue box. I’ve tested this on three separate occasions and each time I was able to speak to someone within 10-12 minutes which I think is OK. The people I spoke to were polite and able to help with my SC redemption queries effectively.

This operator has multiple optional Gold Coin packages that you can purchase with USD. These aren’t necessary to play here, but I sometimes treat myself and give my GC balance a boost. Whenever I’ve purchased a GC package, I’ve only been able to use credit or debit cards, and bank transfer. This is a limited selection, but from my experience, most social casinos only offer a few purchasing methods anyway.
Usability was a top priority for this Spin Quest review as I want you to easily be able to use the site and understand how it works whether you’re an experienced veteran or a newcomer to the sweepstakes scene.
I’m a fan of understated websites that put usability first, while also having a modern design and I think Spin Quest ticks all these boxes. The website certainly isn’t flashy but I love the simple grey, blue, and white color scheme and the contrast of the text to the background. Everything is easy to read and it helps that there is a pop-out side menu with links to the game lobby, promos, and support.
If you are new to sweepstakes casinos, I think you’ll quickly pick up how the site works and what you need to do to get started. There’s also some subtle tips and hints that show you how to get GC and SC. There’s not much else to say - it’s just a well thought-out website that has excellent usability and I believe it will give you a stress-free gaming experience.
Surprise surprise, Spin Quest doesn’t have a downloadable mobile app. I expected as such because I estimate only around 2-3% of US sweepstakes casinos actually have one. Instead, they have created a full mobile responsive browser version of the website - just click one of the links on this page on your mobile and the site will open as usual in your smartphone browser.
The layout will shrink to fit on your screen, and I like the touch screen usability - all the icons have large hit boxes so you shouldn’t struggle to tap any of the links or game thumbnails. The games I’ve tested on my Samsung Galaxy all worked fine too, and many of the developers have produced mobile-optimized games that give you maximum screen resolution.
We’ve got a complete Spin Quest promo review that details how you can get Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, but I want to at least explain the welcome bonus, and summarize the available promos for your benefit.
99% of sites I’ve tried have some type of welcome bonus that gives you a chunk of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins and Spin Quest does the same. If you complete the Spin Quest register process and verify your ID you get 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins. In terms of a comparison, I consider the average welcome bonus to be 7,500 GC and 2 SC so this operator actually gives you way more when it comes to GC and is bang on the average for SC.
The registration process takes just a few minutes, and verification is also simple - I know doing the KYC check is irritating, but until you do that, you won’t be able to make any SC redemption requests.
I’m not going to go into full details here about the promotions as you can check out our detailed review. However, aside from the welcome bonus, once you’ve completed your Spin Quest login, you can also potentially get the following bonuses:
For this Spin Quest review I of course wanted to explore the gaming options as this is the main reason we play at social casinos! While the library is still relatively small at 250+ games, there is a great variety including live dealers and arcade games.
The first thing I checked was who provides the games as this immediately tells you about the quality. Currently, Spin Quest features titles from these developers:
This isn’t the most comprehensive list I’ve seen by any means, but all the developers are well-known and I’ve played their games multiple times before. Standout producers on this list for me are ICONIC21 for their live dealer games, and Hacksaw Gaming for their fun video slots.
Most of the game categories I would expect to be available are covered at this social casino including:
The slots make up the bulk of the library and you’ve got some classics from Hacksaw Gaming including the “Le” series such as Le Bandit and Le Viking which I have a soft spot for. There’s also the legendary 2 Wild 2 Die and Wanted Dead or a Wild games which are two of the best Wild West-themed slots I’ve ever played. I spent plenty of time at the arcade section too as you’ve got Plinko, Mines, and two different crash games in Avia Masters and Speed Crash.
I always love it when I see a live dealer section with games from ICONIC21. Spin Quest actually has one of the more extensive live collections with 14 games including my all-time favorite Crash Live, plus other cool titles like Gravity Blackjack, Top Card, The Kickoff, and Auto Roulette.
So, that’s my Spin Quest review finished! What do you think? If you can’t already tell, I’m pretty high on this social casino and I think that it’s one of the most well-rounded and complete new entries I’ve tested so far in 2025. The operators have done a really good job of making sure all the core features are in place such as promotions, support, and a solid game collection.
Don’t get me wrong - it’s not perfect, and I still think minor things like a mobile app and jackpot slots could be added. BUT, overall, if you sign up here today using one of the links on this page, I think you will have as good a sweepstakes casino experience as you can have at any other site, and I predict great things for Spin Quest in the future.
Yes. The site connects you through a HTTPS connection and uses SSL encryption to protect your data. There is also evidence of a valid SSL certificate.
From my experience, most slots can be played with a minimum of 25 GC or 0.10 SC but this can vary depending on the game and software developer.
Cash prize redemptions can be made via online bank transfer and from my experience, the processing time can vary from 3-10 business days which is standard for the sweepstakes casino industry.
Nope. This site does not allow real money gameplay. You do have the chance to make Sweeps Coins cash prize redemptions if you have at least 50 SC, have verified your account, and have met the 1x playthrough requirement for bonus SC.
Yes. The site uses all the industry standard security features I expect such as SSL encryption. There is also a detailed privacy policy and terms and conditions so you know exactly how it works and how your data is used.
