Contrary to what you might’ve read elsewhere, there’s no “RealPrize Platinum” tier right now.
It’s also worth noting that regardless of your VIP status, SC coins – which can be redeemed for gift cards and cash prizes once you’ve collected above a certain amount – are only “redeemable” once you’ve verified your ID via your account page first and have played through them at least once.
Once that’s out of the way, a RealPrize redemption can be requested from the “Redeem” tab after you’ve collected 45 SC or more. And prizes are processed super-fast – usually within 72 hours or less.
While all new RealPrize players can claim a pretty awesome welcome bonus right now good for 100,000 GC and 2 free SC, I’m a firm believer that it’s VIPs who get the best bonus access with this brand.
