I’m struggling to find any glowing positives or strong negative things to say about this website. Overall, it is functional, but it could use some updating and it isn’t the easiest in the world to navigate.

Curiously, the two main ways to contact the customer support team at Jackpotgo are via the phone helpline and email. In 2025, I’ve become accustomed to almost every online service I use having a live chat, so this was definitely something I felt was missing.
On the other hand, phone helplines at sweepstakes casinos are quite hard to come by, so this was quite welcome. That being said, getting in touch wasn’t always easy. There are no listed hours for the phone line, and I just found that sometimes they answer, and sometimes not.
