That’s literally it – the basic premise of the game is to use your gun to try and shoot and destroy the different creatures moving across the screen. In Lightning Fishooter, there’s some cool creatures such as fish, laval turtles, huge crabs, stingray, and other aquatic life.
Each shot you take uses the “Play” value that you set at the start of the game. For example, if you set the value to 500 GC, and you took 5 shots, your total usage would be 2,500 Gold Coins. You get prizes by destroying the targets, and each target will give you a specific multiplier such as 2x or 50x depending on its underlying value.
There aren’t any rounds or time limits – you can shoot for as little or as long as you want.
I think that fish table games are some of the most difficult to play in terms of being efficient. If you want to manage your virtual currencies effectively, you have to concentrate and know what you are doing. To help, I’ve given you five basic tips to start with below:
I ONLY ever play Lightning Fishooter with the smallest possible shot value. This game is mainly about quantity and getting consistent small prizes. Lightning Fishooter has an auto mode which continually fires shots for you. It will always hit targets, but it will also never take a break from shooting. I think that manually shooting your gun is preferred, and it’s more fun!
On the right-hand side of the game screen you will see random weapon upgrades and different ammo types available such as torpedos and lasers. These typically cost a set value, for example, if your GC shot value is 500 GC, it would be 1,500 GC to shoot a torpedo.
I think it’s a great idea to look out for these special weapons as they can do some great damage. However, also use them sparingly as they can drain your virtual currency balance quickly.
The first time I played Lightning Fishooter, I was a novice and simply held my fire button down and went wild! This felt like a good strategy, but I actually got maybe 25 seconds of gameplay before I’d used all my Gold Coins! Don’t be like me! I recommend single-firing your weapon instead of holding the shoot button. Also, take your shots carefully and think about which targets you want to hit.
Due to the incredibly fast-paced action of these games, and how quickly you can use your virtual currencies, you need to be on your A game and concentrate.
