When you visit Bingoport for the first time the site doesn’t emit an aura of security, which is generally not the case with new sweeps casinos. The front page, before you register, looks outdated and doesn’t really inspire you to create an account and try the site. That said, registration is fairly straightforward, requiring you only to enter your email, password and state of residence. Overall, the entire site is easy to navigate and each section is clearly signposted. However, I can’t help but think it could have been done much more tastefully and with a more modern feel.
When I accessed Bingoport from my mobile I was only greeted by a mobile version of the site. I double-checked and didn’t find any Bingoport sweepstakes casino apps. I tested the mobile site and it was reasonably fast. Navigation is easy and everything is displayed clearly.
However, one detail I noticed was a discrepancy in the Bingo games section. To make things worse, Bingo port.com only processes Port Points redemptions once a week, on Sundays, so you could be waiting a long time, depending on which day you make a request.
If you have any issues at Bingoport and want to get in touch with their support team immediately you might be in for a disappointment. The operator doesn’t offer a live chat support service and there’s no phone support either. After going through some Bingoport reviews, I saw that the only way to reach the operators is via email.
To do so, you need to go to the bottom of the site and click the Help button. From there you’re taken to the FAQ section and at the very bottom on the left hand side you will find the Contact Support link. Once you click it, a window opens where you can send an email.
It’s nice that there is at least one option to make contact with this online sweepstakes casino, but as we all know email support is the slowest way to resolve any query. So, if you do have to use it, get ready to wait at least a few hours before you get an answer.

As far as the social aspect goes, Bingoport doesn’t excel in this sector. There’s no way to get together with other players and communicate either.
Compared to other brands Bingoport falls short in many categories. They only offer bingo games, with nothing to keep you entertained until the next game starts. Worse still, the virtual currency system is unnecessarily complex, and requires a huge amount of Port Points before you can collect a low-value prize. An overall poor offering from Bingoport.com, making it a brand that I cannot recommend to you.
