These claims primarily come from social media user NoTwitchThots, who claims to be a lawyer in California. The poster claims to have access to legal documents that confirm both of his accusations. They also posted legal documents as evidence. The papers show a judgment regarding one Dale Emanuel Wilson being ordered to pay child support from a Los Angeles county family court. The poster also claims to have identified the mother of the child but has not disclosed her identity beyond saying that she is Hispanic. The mandatory child support payment is listed at $998 a month.

In addition, the accuser claims to have found evidence of a restraining order filed against the same person in 2005. The papers list Dale Emanuel Wilson as the respondent and Deidra Mari Mauldin as the petitioner.
