453 days in the making

Streamer creates breathtaking Death Blossom Kha’Zix cross-stitch art

160.000 stitches, 453 days, and kilometers of yarn.

This is what it took the streamer StitchMiUp to create an incredible cross-stitch of Death Blossom Kha’Zix. The cross-stitch was recently showcased on the official League of Legends subreddit, where it instantly caught the attention of some of the biggest fans of the game.

The cross-stitch makes up for an entire blanket, with the Kha’Zix skin as a realistic motive, just like looking at the splash art. StitchMiUp was doing this cross-stitch for her boyfriend, and with 453 days of work to complete it, this is true dedication.

A one-of-a-kind Kha’Zix cross-stitch takes the cake

League of Legends is one of the biggest gaming franchises out there, so seeing impressive fan art is nothing new. But this Kha’Zix cross-stitch is definitely a one-of-a-kind project that likely won’t be seen ever again.

A lot of it has to do with the fact that cross-stitching is super hard, but also because of the resources and time, it takes to do one on this scale. According to StitchMiUp, this one has a total of 51 different colors across 160.000 stitches.

She started the project back on May 22, 2021, and just finished it on August 17. The final result was after a lot of hard work presented on her official Twitch, which you can go follow for more cross-stitch and art content.

Respect!
