Streamer chaeiry accuses Destiny of recording her without consent

chaeiry Destiny

In a tweet, Twitch streamer chaeiry has accused controversial content creator Steven “Destiny” Bonnell II of making explicit recording of her without consent and distributing the audio to others.

Destiny is a prominent name in the streaming industry in no small part due to his blunt and controversial style of content. The streamer is extremely vocal about his opinions and rarely minces words. This has caused him to butt heads with other content creators and streaming platforms. Destiny was banned from Kick after he was first banned from Twitch, and that’s only the tip of the many cases of drama he’s found himself at the center of.

The streamer has also seen much conflict in his personal life and relationships. Destiny’s ex-wife accused him of leaking explicit videos of her, leading to her being harassed online. This wasn’t the only time someone has accused Destiny of this offense, either. Now another Twitch streamer by the name chaeiry has spoken out against Destiny for allegedly leaking an intimate audio recording featuring her.

Streamer chaeiry claims Destiny recorded her without her knowledge and shared the intimate audio recording without her consenting to it being shared with others.

On January 21, chaeiry tweeted that she had just learned from an unnamed source that Destiny was sharing intimate audio of her. The streamer stated that she had no prior knowledge of even being recorded and that she had not consented to being recorded at the time.

According to chaeiry, the unnamed person didn’t know she hadn’t consented to Destiny sharing the audio. chaeiry alleged that the unnamed person recognized her voice in the recording, leading them to bring it to her attention.

The streamer said that she isn’t yet comfortable sharing more details, that  she’s upset, and that she’s still trying to process the situation.

This is the second streamer in 48 hours to accuse Destiny of sharing inappropriate media without their permission. On January 20, streamer Pxie claimed that Destiny shared explicit pictures of her without her consent. Destiny allegedly offered her money to resolve the issue, but Pxie has stated that she will take legal action against the accused streamer.

Fans have supported both chaeiry and Pxie for coming out publicly with the alleged claims against Destiny. Many have brought up past things Destiny has allegedly done, but nothing against the streamer has yet been proven.

chaeiry hasn’t stated any plans to follow Pxie’s lead and take any legal action against Destiny after finding out about the offense, but she has found much support from fans online regardless. Some have even encouraged the streamer to file a lawsuit against Destiny to make sure that he pays for his alleged misdeeds.
