Stockholm Major Day 2: SEA, EU & CIS rock, NA sucks

ESL One Stockholm Dota 2 Major 2022 is in full swing with teams vying for the coveted trophy, prize money and DPC points.

Southeast Asia, Europe and CIS lead the pack at the end of Day 2 whereas North America is ‘almost’ on its way to head towards the airport.

T1 and Tundra Esports are tied in first place in Group A, whereas TI10 Champions, Team Spirit, sit on top of the table in Group B.

North American teams, Evil Geniuses and TSM.FTX, are sitting at the bottom of the table in their respective groups.

EG is on the brink of elimination provided they fail to make any further progress whereas TSM are playing to get a better seeding owing to Mind Games’ disqualification, giving them a breather.

However, that’s no reason to rejoice as North America definitely looks like the weakest region at the Stockholm Major.

It will be intriguing to witness how the rest of the group stage unfolds from here on.
