Steam sale schedule: when is the next Steam sale?

PC gamers look forward to few times of the year more than major Steam sales. A good Steam sale can bolster your game library and get you into new games you wouldn’t have otherwise tried.

These sales come and go, and change a bit every year. There are a few major seasonal sales that take place every year, along with some limited-time deals on popular games.

Ahead, we’ll keep track of all of the upcoming Steam sales as the year progresses, so you know when to pull the trigger on your next purchase.

The next Steam sale

With the Steam Summer Sale in the rearview, the next Steam sale will focus on VR games: Steam VR Fest. It’s a limited selection but a chance to jump into new games for VR players.

After that, survival players can look forward to the Steam Survival Fest. Games like Rust, DayZ, Ark: Survival Evolved, and V Rising will likely be on sale during this one.

The next major Steam sale is Steam Next Fest in October. Here, Steam will give players a look at all of the upcoming games. We’ll be able to access some free demos and more during this promotion.
