Sources: Armel and Jaunuel reportedly join Fnatic

fnatic

Armel Paul “Armel” Tabios and Jaunuel “Jaunuel” Arcilla are reportedly set to join Fnatic, according to multiple sources that Jaxon has been talking to.

This move comes at the helm of Fnatic finishing 9-12th at The International 10 where the team failed to secure a slot in the upper bracket of the playoffs, and got knocked out of the tournament by the eventual champions; Team Spirit.

Shortly after, Fnatic parted ways with Ng “ChYuan” Kee Chyuan and Yang “Deth” Wu Heng.

Armel is one of the most charismatic midlaners in the SEA region to have played at the highest level and previously played for TNC Predator. However, after failing to qualify to TI10, the Filipino org announced free agency of their roster.

On the other hand, Jaunuel has carved a name for himself during his time at OB Neon Esports and will be an interesting addition to the roster.

Addition of these two players will certainly change the dynamics within Fnatic and it’ll be interesting to see players adapt to different roles.

Note: Neon Esports is set to play BTS Pro Series #9: SEA tomorrow. It remains to be seen how this affects the Filipino org.
