Loud and Sentinels are slated to meet in an upcoming VCT 2025 Americas match. Sentinels is the favorite to win, but that doesn’t mean LOUD lacks for upset potential.
The VCT 2025: Americas group stage continues to provide fans with excellent matches, and things don’t seem to be slowing down soon. The next big match in the cards is Sentinels vs LOUD, a match between two teams with varying results to date in the ongoing competition.
Whereas Sentinels has won two matches and lost one, LOUD has failed to win a single match. Being one of the two teams at the bottom of group omega, LOUD must win against Sentinels if it wants any chance to move on to the playoffs, otherwise risking elimination.
Sentinels may have seen a disappointing loss against KRÜ Esports but the squad managed to come back stronger against Evil Geniuses. In particular, the latest match saw N4RRATE, who had been performing subpar recently, finally begin to carry his own weight by scoring close to 20 frags in both games while contributing with his utilities as well.

Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for LOUD and its players. The team has consistently disappointed fans in the ongoing event, failing to win a single match to date. Arguably, the biggest letdown is v1nny, who bottom-fragged in both losing games against 100 Thieves. The team’s only standout performance thus far has been by lukxo, who consistently played well in each recent match. While dgzin has shown some promise, he’s been too inconsistent to rely on, leaving LOUD underpowered relative to its competition.
The biggest advantage Sentinels has over LOUD is in its players’ raw aim. As seen against EG, most Sentinels players usually perform well in raw gun battles, even if the team’s strategizing requires work. Considering that LOUD hasn’t showcased any game plan that has worked especially well recently, Sentinels likely doesn’t have to worry too much in terms of tactics.
Below are both teams’ rosters for the upcoming match.
Sentinels:
LOUD:
Sentinels has a handful of agents that players can usually expect to see in every match, and the same will likely be true against LOUD. These picks include a duelist like Neon and Yoru, a sentinel like Vyse and Cypher, initiators like Breach, Sova, and Tejo, and Omen and Astra for smoking purposes.
On the other hand, despite LOUD’s claims that the team would change its strategy following its loss against 2GAME, the agents players can expect are the same. These picks include Omen, Breach, and Cypher. Tejo is a fairly likely pick, considering his presence in the ongoing tournament.
Sentinels and LOUD have a balanced head-to-head record. With six matches played against each other, both teams have won three, which means the upcoming battle will be the deciding tie-breaker.

Considering LOUD hasn’t won a single match in the tournament so far, it’s understandable that Sentinels is the favorite to win the upcoming match with a line of 1.25. LOUD is the underdog with a betting line of 3.50.
Sentinels may have displayed an inconsistent recent performance, but LOUD has played consistently poorly. Except for lukxo, the team hasn’t showcased anything to suggest it could take down Sentinels, especially considering Sentinels recently impressed in defeating 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses.
LOUD will likely refrain from playing too aggressively, giving Sentinels the time it needs to capture more control of the map and gather information. Sentinels has also displayed better individual talent, suggesting its members may win most gun fights regardless. Pair that with johnqt and his Tejo utility, and LOUD may potentially add another loss to its recent losing record.
