Sentinels to compete in the VCT Game Changers through Blue Otter collab

Sentinels announced today a partnership with VCT Game Changers team, Blue Otter. As a part of this, a co-branded team, SEN Otter will compete in the upcoming Game Changers tournament.

The rebrand extends to social media and all other public-facing channels for the newly formed entity which has retained Blue Otter’s existing roster.

Additionally, Sentinels said in a press release that it would also be collaborating with Blue Otter to launch a merchandise line. This includes co-branded apparel and products.

“It is exciting to see the growth of the Game Changers VALORANT competitive ecosystem right now, and Blue Otter’s roster has been putting up results that speak for themselves,” said Rob Moore, CEO of Sentinels. “A Kickoff grand final and a solid record tells you all you need to know about the level this team is playing at. We wanted to get behind them with real support, resources, and a shared identity.”

SEN Otter will next be seen in action at the VCT 2026: Game Changers North America Stage 1.

The tournament begins with the Swiss Stage from April 15 to May 20, before the Main Event from May 29 to June 5.

A total of 16 teams are competing for a share of the $65,000 prize pool and Game Changers points, which determine the region’s teams in the Game Changers Championship later this year.

Going into the tournament, SEN Otter are among the favorites. This is due to the team’s performance at the Game Changers NA Kickoff.

In this tournament, the team were knocked down to the lower bracket during the upper bracket semifinal, but staged a lower bracket run to make it into the grand final. Here, they lost to FlyQuest Red 3–1, bagging a second place in NA’s top Game Changers league.

Now, SEN Otter will be looking to replicate that performance and even go a step ahead to win it all.
