Week 5 of LCS summer season had some great matches this week and some equally great reactions to those matches on Reddit. 

No international success if you can’t beat CLG

We start off by looking at some of the reactions to Counter Logic Gaming’s surprise victory over Team Liquid. 

There was some criticism of Team Liquid and how they don’t seem to turn it on all the time, especially in a domestic setting. 

There were also concerns around where they stood among the LCS elite and some jokes about how this was the beginning of a great era for CLG. 

C9 enlist new member: “Bounty System”

Next up were some of the reactions to Golden Guardians vs Cloud9. 

There was praise for the strategy taken up by Cloud9 this week, which seems to have got them some crucial wins and a larger discussion on the Bounty system with differing views.

Finally, there was the big game of the week between Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves and some big takeaways

Redditors praise both sides for giving everything, especially 100 Thieves who won on the day. Impact and Abbedagge were also given honorable mentions.
