Immensely popular vtuber Ironmouse made a tweet on X announcing that she is a character in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and surprised fans want to know more.

The founding member of VShojo Ironmouse needs no introduction. She is one of the most known virtual YouTubers in the scene. The Puerto Rican vtuber has a common variable immunodeficiency, which keeps her bedridden. However, Ironmouse is a prime example that one’s challenges don’t define them. Ironmouse will voice Vikala’s mouse-themed trap named Dormouse in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.

On October 22, 2024, the Granblue Fantasy Versus X account made a tweet announcing the character Vikala’s addition to the roster. The tweet also mentioned that Vikala’s mouse-themed metal trap, Dormouse, is voiced by VShojo’s Ironmouse.

The vtuber Ironmouse retweeted the tweet and announced the good news to her fans. Ironmouse received much praise from fans and even fellow vtubers. For instance, fellow VShojo vtuber Matara Kan commented “This is so incredible Mouse, I am so proud of you my love.”

Granblue Fantasy Versus’ tweet contains a video with gameplay. The video displays how the character Vikala uses Dormouse to demolish enemies. Vikala launches the mouse traps at enemies and it chews away their HP. Players can hear Ironmouse’s voice during the ultimate and KO.

Ironmouse’s announcement surprised fans but they want to support their favorite vtubers. Some fans even claimed they would buy the game just for Ironmouse. Fans can use Dormouse against enemies once the new character Vikala is launched on October 25, 2024.
