Another LAN offering teams a chance to gain precious VRS points before the Major cut-off is the upcoming ROG Spring Journey 2026, set to take place in Stockholm, Sweden from March 23 to March 28 with a $30,000 prize pool.
While the world’s best CS2 players may not be in attendance, fun tier 1.5 squads like GamerLegion and EYEBALLERS will certainly deliver a ton of action for Counter-Strike fans to enjoy.
That said, here’s our ROG Journey Spring 2026 preview.

ROG Journey Spring 2026 was originally planned as a 16-team event, but due to scheduling complications and withdrawals, 13 teams will take part in the competition.
Teams will be split into four GSL-style groups. Groups A, B, and C will consist of three teams each, with Group D sporting four squads. Two teams from each group advance to the playoffs, which are to be carried out in a single elimination best-of-three bracket.
Group stage games will be carried out from March 23 to 26, with the playoffs concluding the event on March 27 and 28.

The field at ROG Journey Spring 2026 has a nice variety of European squads, full of up-and-coming and exciting prospects. Ranking-wise, the best CS2 teams in attendance will be GamerLegion, Alliance, M80, and EYEBALLERS.
Swedish players will be in the majority, which is understandable considering the event’s location. There are also a fair few Polish teams and international rosters in the mix.
BC.Game were also one of the teams scheduled to be at the event, but they decided to withdraw, stating that their focus should be on building chemistry within their roster.

While EYEBALLERS are the reigning and defending champions of the previous iteration of the event, the CS2 odds are favoring GamerLegion to take the trophy home this time around.
Even without winning this event, GamerLegion players can be fairly certain of their Major qualification, so they don’t have to sweat it as much as some of the others. One of the teams fighting for a Major spot at this event is Alliance.
The Swedes are currently just outside the IEM Cologne Major invite range, so they must make a deep playoff run in Stockholm, if not win the whole thing, to have a chance to get their stickers inside the game.
VRS ranking context aside, GamerLegion, Alliance, and M80 are the safest picks to consider when CS2 betting on this event.
