The news marks Reignover’s return to the European League of Legends scene after six years. In 2015, he was part of Fnatic’s most successful roster to date as they won every game during the summer regular season, and as they won back-to-back EU LCS titles (spring and summer).
Reigonver will be working closely with Elyoya, who is making a statement for the MVP award after his great start of the split.
During 2021, Reigonver was the head coach of C9 during the spring split and the assistant coach from the Mid-Season Invitational onward. The team won one LCS title and qualified to the 2021 Worlds quarterfinals in thrilling fashion, but fell to Gen.G 3-0.
After three years with the organization, Reigonver departed Cloud9 at the end of 2021, and Nick “LS” De Cesare took his spot.
