


The hype of the Pokémon Trading Card Game has been through the roof the last few months, with the launch of Pokémon Legends Z-A only a few weeks away. One game that has capitalized on this hype is Pokémon TCG Pocket. With more fans getting involved in the game, it has become one of the most popular mobile games. In a post on their social media accounts, Pokémon TCG has announced the New Deluxe Pack EX set, which will release on September 30th. In this article, we a look at all the details about the upcoming set.
Pokémon TCG Pocket was released worldwide back in October 2024. The game was released to significant fanfare. Many consider it to be the successor to the Pokémon TCG, which has been present since the late 1990s. in Pokémon TCG Pocket, there are new sets of cards released. Each set consists of 40 to 90 cards. Each of these cards has a different type of rarity, some becoming extremely valuable monetarily. Players need to open packs in the game to obtain these cards which are very different from the regular Pokémon TCG Cards.

In a post on their socials, the Pokémon TCG Pocket announced the launch of the New Deluxe Pack EX Set. The Deluxe Pack ex set will be released in-game on September 30th. In this set, there will be reprints of cards from previous sets. Alongside that, we will also see new illustration cards and parallel holo cards. This set will consist of cards for some of the following Pokémon:
Each pack from the new Deluxe Pack EX set will consist of a card of rarity 4-star or higher. This will be the first limited-time set available within the game, from September 30th to October 30th. Players will be able to open two packs from this new set every 24 hours. As this set will be available for a limited period of time, we can see a lot of players opening packs from this deck. Only time will tell us about the odds of obtaining the illustration rare cards for the likes of Pikachu and Arceus.
