Hololive’s Ouro Kronii has unveiled a new 3.0 model and her fans have expressed their delight at how much better the vtuber now looks.
Ouro Kronii is a female English-speaking vtuber affiliated with Hololive who debuted in 2021, alongside other talents including the graduated Ceres Fauna. The vtuber gained fame instantly and 100,000 additional fans subscribed to her YouTube channel after the announcement of her debut. This was met with skepticism by YouTube as the vtuber hadn’t actually debuted or posted any content, and she lost half of those followers as a result.
Ouro Kronii wasn’t held back by this and instead went on to debut in typical Holo EN fashion, albeit first suffering from technical glitches. The vtuber hit the 500,000 YouTube sub mark within approximately two months of that debut. Ouro Kronii has debuted multiple outfits throughout her career and announced the debut of a 3.0 model in June 2025.
On June 6, Hololive vtuber Ouro Kronii debuted her 3.0 model in a YouTube livestream, and fans immediately lauded how expressive it was.
Ouro Kronii began the stream in her standard model and talked about various things with her viewers. She explained how her 3.0 model would look and also answered questions fans had about prior to its actual debut. Viewers were questioning whether the vtuber was stalling, but after some more waiting, Ouro Kronii revealed the new model for all of her viewers to see.
At first glance, the new model looks exactly the same as the vtuber’s previous one because, and in a way it is quite similar. The new model’s outfit, hairstyle, and the rest of the appearance haven’t been changed much at all. This isn’t overly surprising as the vtuber’s stated goal with the new 3.0 model is for her to appear more realistic. The vtuber said that her new model is more responsive and that she will likely make frequent use of that expressiveness.
The first thing Ouro Kronii displayed about her new model was its robust expressions. The vtuber cycled through a happy face, a pouty face, and a deadpan expression. The 3.0 model helped the vtuber’s expressions appear more lifelike and viewers immediately praised them. The animation and movement of the new model also appeared more fluid.
Ouro Kronii displayed even more additions in her new model, like how her eyes could now change. She used a toggle to make her eyes sparkle, to add hearts to them, and to give a more yandere look to them. The vtuber also showed viewers that she could cry with realistic tears. Ouro Kronii showcased emotes that appear near her head when she gets an idea or is confused. She also highlighted that she could stick her tongue out in a comedic way, which was something viewers loved.
