Epic executives like Donald Mustard and VP Mark Rein have always loved to tease future Fortnite content.
Recently, rumors have been swirling that Season 8 will lead directly into Chapter 3, skipping Chapter 2 Season 9 and X.
Donald Mustard already subtly winked at the rumors by changing his Twitter header. Now, Mark Rein joined the discussion by quote tweeting The Imagined Order, asking about Chapter 3.
In response to the question of whether the next season will start Chapter 3, he said, "Time will tell."
