Concerning heroes within Marvel Rivals, the patch notes for Version 20250821 primarily focus on Blade, Human Torch, and Loki.
The sole reason for these changes was that Human Torch was slightly overpowered in Marvel Rivals ranked matches. At the same time, Blade was a recent release within the game. It did look like the developers at Marvel Rivals believed that he deserved a bit of a nerf and buff to specific abilities.
