Nijisanji’s mafia boss vtuber Luca Kaneshiro is debuting a new model, and fans are excited to see what the vtuber has in store.

Luna Kaneshiro is an English vtuber affiliated with Nijisanji EN’s fourth wave Luxiem. He debuted alongside popular Niji vtuber Vox Akuma in 2021. Luca’s debut year was very successful for the vtuber and he met many milestones. His song Mafia got more than 2 million views and his YouTube channel got close to 1 million subs. This was all before his first anniversary, establishing his career as a successful vtuber. The vtuber is popular with his fans for his past as a mafia boss and his readiness for a fight. Luca is also known for being able to make friends easily and is considered the most extroverted person in Nijisanji.

In July 2024, he debuted his 3D model and in October 2024, Luca Kaneshiro announced he would debut a new model.

Nijisanji’s ruthless mafia boss Luca Kaneshiro debuted his new model in a YouTube stream on October 6, 2024.

Luca Kaneshiro’s new model is still a mafia boss but is significantly different from his previous model aesthetically. The vtuber’s last model was of a sauve and classic mafia boss with long blonde hair wearing a pinstripe suit and a hat. On the contrary, the newly debuted model is of a lion mask-wearing warrior. The sword in particular is reminiscent of something out of the anime Bleach or the Final Fantasy games.

Look-wise the vtuber still has long hair but now they’re styled more like a lion and not flowing as his last model. Unlike, his last model, Luca is now dressed in an all-black outfit that shows off his tattoo and stomach scar.

Luca’s new model has two designs that he displays in the stream. Luca appears wearing a lion mask and without a lion mask. In addition, the new model is accompanied by a sword that seems to be an accessory. He could likely display or hide the sword based on his preference.

At the start of the video, Luca Kaneshiro displayed some predictions by fans before he debuted the new model. The vtuber was surprised as fans managed to leak his new model almost exactly. He later understood that fans brightened the images he teased on X to show what his new model would look like.
