Team Liquid has eliminated Astralis from the BLAST World Finals. Spearheaded by a strong performance from both NAF and FalleN, Liquid took the series in 2-0 fashion.
It was a series of missed opportunities for Astralis. Throughout both maps, they had strong moments and individual performances but struggled to close out rounds on T-sides and fell into disadvantageous situations too often.
Liquid has now secured a top-4 finish in the BLAST World Finals. In what will be the last event for this iteration of this roster, the North American roster will face Na'Vi in a rematch for a spot in the consolidation final tomorrow.
