Week six of the LEC Spring Split just concluded, leaving only the seventh week’s roadshow in the regular season. Even though one week is left, all six playoff teams are already locked, and the bottom four went almost winless against them. Let’s take a look at the LEC Spring Split playoffs teams.
After week six, only Karmine Corp, G2 Esports, Movistar KOI, and GIANTX have matches left to play. Each of these squads will play their three remaining matches as a roadshow in Madrid.
Meanwhile, the other teams have already played their nine matches of the split. Fnatic sits in seventh place with three wins. With every competitor above having four wins or more, they are eliminated alongside the teams below them.
With only the top six qualifying to the LEC Spring Split playoffs, here are the participants:

The last week will still give very important matches. Obviously, they matter for pride and because the LEC’s supposed top three in KC, G2, and MKOI have yet to face each other.
Beyond that though, the teams finishing in fifth and sixth place will start in the loser’s bracket. Placing in the top four offers a much-needed second chance in the LEC Spring Split playoffs.

The LEC Spring Split 2026 was more polarizing than any split before. The bottom four teams won a single match against an opponent that finished in the top six, out of the 24 encounters. Somehow, it was Fnatic who won that match, against G2.
Those teams even regularly put up a fight against playoff opponents. Fnatic made KC and NAVI sweat, Shifters won a game against most of the top six, even SK also showed up.
The bottom four teams often manage to win a game, then to get ahead in another one. However, they don’t manage to retain their lead and to close out the games. There’s a lack of discipline or of fundamentals, and they fail to convert their advantages, throwing them instead.
The fact that the score is that drastically one-sided means that this is a systemic problem. The lower-placed teams don’t identify or fix their weaknesses, and so they bite again. In the end, our power rankings almost fully identified that, with the exception of Fnatic who failed to live up to past years.
