The Blue Essence Emporium is returning to League of Legends, with new available items costing thousands of blue essence.
Twice a year, Riot adds the Blue Essence Emporium into League as one of several exclusive and rotating in-game shops. With estimated release dates between January to June and July to December, fans never really know when the emporium is next going to go live. However, it seems that the holidays have come early.
Here’s everything in the Blue Essence Emporium along with prices, as well as how to get blue essence to spend on exclusive items.
The Blue Essence Emporium will feature standard chromas up to patch 14.13 and other, rarer items in exchange for blue essence.
Items in the emporium can either be exclusive to the shop or released approximately five to six months before launch. For instance, the Rain Shepherd skins from June 2024 are now available to purchase through the Blue Essence Emporium. Others, like the Crystal Rain and But Why? emotes, can only be found here. The following items are now available for players to purchase at these prices.
Fortunately for players, any item labeled “mystery” is guaranteed to provide an unowned reward. Additionally, some items like the banner, can only be bought once.
Blue essence is a major resource in League of Legends, and players can get it through a variety of means, though it takes a while to save up.
Alongside RP, Blue Essence is one of the most important currencies in League. Besides spending it in the biannual emporium, players can use their Blue Essence to change their summoner name, buy new champions, and more. And because it’s so useful, there are plenty of in-game opportunities to earn it. Here are some of the best ways to earn Blue Essence.
Unfortunately, unlike RP, players can’t buy Blue Essence. They can exchange RP for hextech chests or champion bundles and hope to get duplicate champion shards. This is usually considered a waste, though, as the return on investment is low. Thus, for those who really want the 150,000 BE Urfwick skin, they’ll have to spend a chunk of time grinding and disenchanting.
Players will be able to enter the Blue Essence Emporium on November 20 alongside patch 14.23. They have until December 11 to purchase as many items as they desire before it disappears again, with no set date to return.
