Junior moves to the FURIA bench

Honda will be replacing Junior in the FURIA active line-up, at least for the near future.

The American is taking a step back, moving back to NA for a period to improve his mental health and re-find his form after being disappointed with how his spell on the team has transpired.

These past couple of months have been really difficult for me inside and outside the server, I appreciate everybody at @FURIA for giving me the time and space I need to be 100% while competing. Mental health always comes first for me. Thank you for the support and see you soon 🤍 https://t.co/1AJosvxh6c

FURIA and Junior seem to be suggesting that the AWPer will be back in the future, but only time will tell. coldzera’s benching from FaZe seems almost too timely to be coincidental, but Junior is a gifted player who could still have a part to play in the FURIA story.

Does this look like the face of a man who is going to give up?
