JACKZ reportedly allowed to explore options outside G2

jackz

According to a report from 1pv.fr, G2 has allowed Audric “JACKZ” Jug to explore options with different teams. The report comes days after Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen announced that he too was exploring options.

JACKZ joined G2 in late 2018 when the organization fielded a French-speaking roster. In late 2020, he was moved to the bench to make room for Nikola “Niko” Kovac.

He was brought back only a couple of months later and has remained on the lineup since.

With G2, he reached the grand finals of IEM Katowice in 2020 and 2022, IEM Cologne 2021, and the PGL Stockholm Major.

The report indicates further that G2 is reshuffling its roster drastically following a disappointing first half of the year. The organization invested heavily at the turn of the year, but results have thus far been disappointing.

Along JACKZ, in-game leader Aleksib, and coach Remy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam are reported to be on their way out of the organization.
