Time to start saving those V-Bucks! It sounds like a MrBeast Fortnite skin could be coming soon.
The Fortnite Icon Series is home to stars from every corner of pop culture, from NBA legends and chart-topping musicians to the one and only Tyler “Ninja” Blevins.
Now, clues point towards YouTube sensation Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson being the next person to join this exclusive club.
Fans at last weekend’s $1M FNCS Invitational in Raleigh were surprised to find a giant Fortnite Durr Burger featuring the text “MrBeast Burger” on display. There was also a graphic behind that read “MrBeast Burger x Fortnite.”
This is clearly a teaser for some sort of collaboration between Epic Games and MrBeast. But what will it be? One popular theory is that MrBeast will get a Fortnite Icon Series skin. The outfit could even include a bonus style based on the Beast Burger itself.
It’s not a crazy thought: there’s already a MrBeast costume in Fall Guys – which is also owned by Epic Games. With Chapter 4 a couple of weeks away, this would be a great way to get more eyeballs on the new map.
Whether they drop a MrBeast Fortnite skin or not, the crossover could go plenty of other ways. These are two massive brands that don’t do anything by halves.
On a recent episode of the Unvaulted Podcast, host Jeremy “SquatingDog” suggested that Fortnite’s famous Durr Burger could be added to the MrBeast Burger menu. Not sure anyone would want to taste the tongue and eyeballs, though.
Granted, they may also go the route of in-game changes. It’s easy to imagine a MrBeast Burger POI, and (if you know, you know) Jimmy would be able to come up with some insane ideas for new items.
