Infinix is ramping up its partnership with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) through the sponsorship of three key events.
The smartphone brand announced in a press release today that it was becoming the ‘presenting partner’ for the MLBB Professional League (MPL) Indonesia, the title partner for the Developmental League (MDL) Indonesia, and the official sponsor for the inaugural MLBB Super League (MSL) Thailand.
Infinix has been a regular sponsor for MLBB esports and had also announced in 2025 that it was entering a multi-year partnership with MOONTON Games. This makes it one of the main sponsors for MLBB’s many esports events.
“This season marks the most comprehensive regional rollout we’ve done with a single hardware partner,” said Adrian Cher, Global Head of Partnerships, MLBB Esports at MOONTON Games. “MLBB esports operates one of the most competitive mobile esports ecosystems in the world, and maintaining consistent competitive conditions across them is critical.”
Infinix devices will now be supplied to these tournaments, and the brand is also set to host many fan engagement activities locally.
This includes fan club tournaments where players can compete using the Infinix GT series in real tournament scenarios. The brand is also set to bring masterclasses on esports and the gaming industry to campuses.
Infinix also confirmed that the Infinix Campus Cup 2026, the inter-school MLBB esports competition for campuses, is set to return as well. More details about this weren’t announced.
The MPL Indonesia will kick off on March 27, with two slots to the Mid-Season Cup up for grabs. The MDL Indonesia, on the other hand, will start on March 30.
Lastly, the MSL Thailand, which marks the first major tournament for the country, will begin in mid-April. The precise schedule hasn’t been announced yet.
