Many fans of the professional Valorant player Yuma “Dep” Hisamoto want to replicate him, and the best way to do that is to know his in-game settings.
The Japanese player Dep is a professional Valorant player who plays for Zeta Division. He’s consistently performed well in tournaments, always ending up near the top ten positions. The player has made a name for himself thanks to his aggressive but game-changing frags and the fact that he’s a former Valorant record holder. Since Dep is such a skilled Valorant player, it only makes sense that other players will want to play like him. The best way to do this is by emulating his Valorant settings. Fortunately, that isn’t too hard.
Thanks to various live streams, fans know exactly what what settings they should use to emulate Dep.
Dep has shared his Valorant settings in his Twitch channel for fans to copy, down to his peripherals.
Dep shared his Valorant settings in one of his Twitch streams. Some other in-game settings display in the Twitch chat whenever someone uses bot commands. Using these won’t immediately make someone play like Dep, but it’s a good starting line.
Aside from his in-game settings, fans should look at his peripherals.
It might be a good idea for players with a similar play style as Dep to use his Valorant settings as a baseline to find the perfect settings for themselves.
Alongside winning multiple tournaments over the course of his career, Dep previously held the record for the most kills on one Valorant map.
While less influential in the Valorant world than someone like Tyson “TenZ” Ngo, Dep has his fair share of achievements. Dep secured first place at VCT 2022: Japan Stage 1 challengers playoffs and Valorant Japan All Stars Festival. He’s also the previous record holder of the most kills on one map on LAN in July 2023 with 42 kills. Valo2Asia named Dep the 15th-best Asian player of 2023.
It should be noted that Valorant isn’t Dep’s only competitive endeavor. The player also has a history of competitively playing PUBG and Overwatch 2. He went as far as to represent Japan in the Overwatch World Cup 2018 and PUBG Nations Cup 2019 tournaments.
