How to check Valorant match history

Valorant night art

Like most competitive games, Valorant players want to analyze their records, and match history is crucial for that.

Valorant boasts millions of players on a daily basis, and many of them are on the competitive ranked grind.  High-level play takes mechanical skills, teamwork, and patience. One thing players often analyze to get better is watching past matches.

Through these matches, players can see mistakes like what angles they missed and what strategies would have worked better. While players can check their statistics in Valorant, some wonder if the full match history is possible to see in-game.

Unfortunately for competitive players, that’s a bit tricky with Valorant.

Valorant only tracks partial match history in-game

While players can check match history in Valorant, it only shows the most recent matches. The Career tab atop the home page will reveal recent match history, including scores, performance, and even statistics from each game. This can be useful, but some players want to see more. They may want to see more details about their matches than what the game provides.

As of 2026, it’s not possible to see all the details for a Valorant player in-game. That also means players cannot check the match records of other players. Riot decided early on to make specific player stats an opt-in system, as stated in the API launch blog post. It read: “No personal profiles, scouting tools, guides based on individual players, or personalized data of any kind UNLESS an individual player chooses to share their data. We want players to have ownership of their data, and we don’t want to share it if that player doesn’t want it shared. ”

Is there a way to check the full match history on Valorant?

Players can track more of their match history through third-party tracking sites, but it still won’t be full. Because Valorant doesn’t allow players to see full match histories within the game, many have turned to sites like Tracker to get more details.

Players who make an authorized account with Tracker can see a bit more match history, both their own and other players. Even with the expanded details, the site still doesn’t cover everything.

“The match history is limited to a specific period of time for all players on our website. We have to remove old matches as it takes too many resources to store them all. As a result, it is not possible to view your old matches anymore,” stated a representative from Tracker.

It goes back further than on Valorant, but that means the full match history is still not available to check out. Gamers tried to combat this by making their own match history site, but so far, none have fully launched. The best that players can do is keep records of their own. It must be stated that with the help of the replay system, players can take a look back at their matches on a round-by-round basis in detail. This has allowed players to realise where they have gone wrong in a given moment, as well as whether their lineups are useful or not. The addition of the replay system has been quite a major in players to keep a trace on the mistakes and wrong attributes they showcase in a given match.
