League of Legends has thousands of cosmetics, emotes, and other goodies in its store. So it’s understandable how you can end up spending hundreds of dollars on LoL. This guide will walk you through the methods you can use to reveal exactly how much you’ve spent on League of Legends.

How much have I spent on LoL and how to check

Riot Games could not have made it simpler for players to access their spending data in League of Legends. Not everyone keeps track; this is why it’s helpful that Riot will store this information for you. To start finding out how much money you are spending on League of Legends, head over to the Riot Games website. Once you’re there, follow these steps:

NOTE: The data shown is only for the region to which your account is currently bound.

1. Click the navigation bar in the top left corner, find the tab that says “Riot Support.”
2. If you have not already signed into your Riot Games account, the website will prompt you to do so; this is the account where your data will be stored.
3. Scroll down until you see a row of games, and click League of Legends.
4. Now that you’re in the LoL section, again scroll down until you see League basics and click League Guides and FAQs.
5. Click on “How Much Have I Spent in League of Legends?”
6. Click on the button “Show Me The Money”

There is a second method that you can use to answer your “How much I spent on LoL?” question. This is via the Riot Games Support website, which allows you to submit a ticket. We don’t recommend this method unless the first method is not an option, because it will take a Riot employee a considerable amount of time to get back to your inquiry, given the number of tickets and presumably false tickets they receive daily. Nonetheless, it is useful if method 1 doesn’t work. The steps are like so:

1. Access the Riot Games support page.
2. Click the ‘Submit a Ticket’ button.
3. You’ll be greeted with a form that you’ll need to complete.
4. Firstly, for request type, select ‘Account Management, Data Requests, or Deletion’.
5. Select the platform you play on. In this instance, it would be PC.
6. For the subject line, go with ‘Money Spent on League of Legends’.
7. For ‘Please Select your Inquiry’, select ‘Formal Personal Data Request’.
8. Type up a valid description for your request. In this instance, you want to know your League of Legends purchase history.

Why do players spend money on League of Legends?

Riot Games offers many avenues for players to spend their hard-earned money in League of Legends. The main avenue is skin sales, which are in-game cosmetics that alter the appearance of their favourite champions. These skins vary in design, but also in monetary value. How to spend money on League of Legends

To spend money in League of Legends, you first need to purchase Riot Points, LoL’s in-game currency that can be used to purchase a variety of cosmetics and accessories in League of Legends, including skins, emotes, Hextech Chests, ward skins, and more. Eight different values can be purchased in the official League of Legends store, ranging from €5 to over €400. Here is how you can purchase Riot Points in League of Legends:

1. Open up the League of Legends client.
2. Sign in to your Riot account on which you wish to purchase the Riot Points.
3. In the top right corner, click on the plus button that is next to the Riot Points emblem.
4. Before making a purchase, ensure the correct currency is being used. You can check this by clicking on the country highlighted in blue and underlined. If it isn’t, select your country.
5. Click on the Riot Points value you wish to purchase.
6. Select the payment option and follow the steps.

Now that you have your Riot Points, you can go ahead and purchase an item from the League of Legends store. Let’s use purchasing Super Galaxy Fizz as an example.

1. In the LoL client, access the store – the icon with three stacks of coins.
2. Click on the skins tab.
3. Type in Super Galaxy Fizz in the search bar.
4. When you’ve found the skin, click purchase using the newly obtained Riot Points.
